These costs alone will destroy your profits if you are not careful. It is much often better to find qualified contractors, pay them by the job, and move on to your next task. This way you save time money and efforts.
Inventory: It is quite possible to fill up an empty bedroom with all of your goods, but who wants to? Seek to minimize inventory the best you can. Either have zero inventories, or keep small in size, yet high priced items on hand to sell.
